PJ Library

PJ Library  is a Jewish family engagement program implemented on a local level throughout North America. We mail free, high-quality Jewish children’s literature and music to families across the continent on a monthly basis, at no cost to the recipient.

PJ Library is a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, made possible through partnerships with philanthropists and local Jewish organizations. Today, families in hundreds of communities across the United States and Canada are able to explore the timeless core values of Judaism through books and music.

PJ Library is brought to the Lansing area community through the Sophie Radway Memorial PJ Library Fund of Congregation Shaarey Zedek.

All families raising Jewish children from age six months through eight years (depending on the community) are welcome to sign up. If you are interested please contact our Exexutive Director, Patty Warshaw, at executive@shaareyzedek.com ;or (517) 351-3570.

Attached please find the Mitzvah a Day chart from our friends at the PJ Library program.  A thoughtful reminder that we all can help heal our world every day through mitzvot—a good deed, a commandment.Mitzvah a Day - at home edition
